Applying and winning awards is a great way to attract visitors to your web site. Not only must the award giver visit your web site, but most times they will post you as a winner on their web site and give a link back to yours. Many times they will tell their visitors about your web site, too.Giving awards is also a really good way to promote your web site. By using an on-site submission form (many are free and easy to set up) you force the applicants to visit your web site Many award givers require that the award be linked by to their web site, so more people can apply for the award after seeing it on the winner's web site.
The following awards are being offered by web sites designed by myself and/or my wife. They are linked to the submission form page, if applicable, in case you want to apply. Be sure to read the guidelines before applying for the award. Many web sites are turned down based upon the failure of the applicant to read and meet the basic requirements for the award.
This first award was designed by my wife for Christian web sites only. They must be evangalic in nature, reaching out to a lost world. Please read the guidelines carefully about 50% of the applying web sites are turned down because they don't meet these guidelines. These sites must have at least one page devoted to an animal or pet. These web sites must meet the basic requirements as outlined on the form submission page. Click on the award to go there. Almost 75% of the applying web sites are turned down because they fail to meet theses requirement, please read carefully.

This next award, created by me, is not linked to a submission form page, because you can not apply for it. I give this award to web sites that I feel deserve it. Most times it is given without warning. It is my way of saying well done to the web master. Web design, proper html and content are considered. There is no other requirements. I just must like it. I am the sole judge and rewarder. You might ask if there is anything that can be done to win it. I will give you a hint: If I don't visit your web site, you will never recieve it. How can you get me to visit? Not by e-mailing me, for sure. I do visit people's sites when they sign one of my guest books on any of my web sites. Of course signing a guest book is NO guarentee that you will get the award. I must still like your web site and feel that it deserves it. The nice benfit of winning is that I not only link back from winner's page, but also give a description on that page about your web site.
